At a Whole Notes Wellness Experience you will hear and participate in songs, readings, and other wellness practices that can bring immediate and long-term benefits to your body, mind, and spirit. Sitting in a circle with a group of other people seeking comfort for grief, relief from physical or emotional pain, or simply a new way to attune their whole selves and increase overall well-being, you can discover pathways to self-healing through music, words, and movement.
Each hour-and-a-half session features Beth Greenapple on voice and guitar, a special offering from another expert in a wellness practice, an opportunity to connect with others and share healthy refreshments, and unlimited potential to grow personally. With the lyrics and readings provided for each session, you can participate to whatever extent is comfortable for you, from quietly listening to singing along in spontaneous harmony.
You can sign up for one or any number of sessions in a particular series. Signing up for multiple sessions reduces the price per session.
Custom workshops are available for informal groups (friends, co-workers, study groups) and organizations (hospices, wellness/medical providers, religious institutions, community agencies).
